The Phase 2 Folding Squat Rack can hold up to 250kg of weight but it'll take up almost no space in your home gym. This unique rack can be easily folded away after use to take up only 30cm of floor space (from the wall).
When set up, the rack provides a safe and comfortable area that supports a range of exercises. Perfect for barbell and plate exercises like squats, bench press, overhead press, and more. Please note: The anchor bolts supplied are for assembly & fixing to a brick or concrete wall. Not suitable for wood or plasterboard walls. Set up is straightforward for those with a good knowledge of DIY, if you are unsure, please consult a professional for help and advice.
The rack takes up barely any space when folded. Just 300mm off the wall.
Multi-position pull-up bar with separated wide, neutral, and narrow grips allows for more specific targeting of muscles. Safety bars allow for safe squatting and pressing inside the rack. Spotter arms allow for hazard-free bench pressing outside of the rack. J hook barbell rests for storing your barbell.
The heavy-duty steel frame can support up to 250kg of weight.
