The set includes 4 hurdles, 8 poles, 4 crossbar poles, 8 dome anchor bases and 8 clips.
The poles are 4.9' tall and the bases are 4" tall Dome bases can be filled with water or sand to make them heavier and more stable.
The crossbar can be adjusted to different heights using the included clips By Trademark Innovations.
Place the 2 poles on the base and clip one on the side as a bar.
The height of the bar can be changed by adjusting the position of the clip.
